Mary Farrar
Executive Director | Board Member
Wife of Steve Farrar and founding board member of MLM. Mary worked alongside Steve throughout their 42 year marriage, serving as editor, co-author, & creative assistant. She holds a Master’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary, is an author & speaker, and directed various college & church women’s ministries. (Her three married children and 8 grandchildren live nearby in Dallas, Texas.)
Josh Farrar
Director of Strategy & Development | Board Member
Joshua Farrar serves as the Director of Strategy and Development . His career spans years in educational teaching & leadership, speechwriting for executives & athletes, and cofounding a Dallas startup—all grounded in communication and storytelling. He currently directs talent & leadership development at Southwest Airlines.
Stan Sinclair
Creative & Media Director
Stan began his career in his parents’ photography studio in Idaho before establishing his own advertising photography studio in Boise. He served as a worship and creative pastor at faith.church in Colorado and later joined John Tesh’s team as a creative director and co-producer. He founded Sinclair Creative Group in 2009, offering creative services to non-profits and clients nationwide.
Laura Farrar
Director Of Operations
Laura Farrar serves as Director of Operations for the ministry. With a decade of experience in healthcare operations, she brings strong leadership skills and a heart for serving others. She holds an MBA and Master of Science and enjoys spending weekends with her family – Josh and their four kids – exploring nature and simple adventures.
